And then there was flu...

Just as I was getting into a routine of cycling and running the flu put a stop to my progress. I've been lucky with being sick and getting the flu but this year it got me. Must be because I am in the worst shape I've been in many years..


But this too shall pass and by next week I should be back to training 5 or 6 times per week. I will remain positive.

I think that we all need a good dose of the flu every four or five years. It's not pleasant but our immune systems need to be challenged every so often of they'd just get lazy.

Ugh, so frustrating. I've also just recovered from flu no. 2 for the season. Hope you feel better soon!
