Proud South African

Hi everyone!

I will post my race report of this past weekend's mountain race soon. It was a fantastic race but very tough indeed.

A quick shout out to Ryan Sandes from South Africa for winning the Leadville 100 in a great time this weekend. Go Ryan!

I posted about Ryan last year if you didn't know about him. Read that post here.

Off to do some work and get that race report done. Have a super week!

Sandes ran a great race - very smart on his strategy when he took the lead. It was fun to watch for sure!

Another great south african is Morne Steyn!!! When I saw him for the first time at his debut with the Springboks I said to my son: that player is the future of SA rugby, and I was right.
Congrats!!!!!
Italy is a shame, how can we play a world championship with an already fired coach? And fired for all his mistakes.
Congrats to Ryan Sandes.
