This morning I ran a 5km recovery run and I’m very happy because my legs felt 100% with no effects from the 32k race. Things are looking positive for my upcoming adventures. I made a commitment on Natalia’s blog to do a recovery run today as my run for World Run Day. Here I am, after my 5km run for World Run Day.5km for World Run Day

Fabulous medal! Thank you so very much for participating in World Run Day. I thought of you and the others as I was ploughing through my 20 miles. Also, can you please send me your address. Mooi loop!

That is a very nice medal Johann. Nice job on the race and very glad to hear of a good run to follow it up. Have a great week!
Good to know that we ran together the World Run Day!!! Very nice medal and glad to hear that you feel good after 32 km.
Hi Johann,
That is a nice looking medal that you got for your 32K! You must be in such great shape for not even feeling a bit sore after your race:) Awesome job on the 5K recovery! I am impressed! Enjoy your week!
Congrats!!
Great medal for a wonderful run! and that's awesome that you have soreness after a 20miler! Maybe i can convince my legs to do that one of these day!!
I cannot believe I had not heard of world run day?!?! But I love it and have it penciled in for next year! Awesome job on the race!!
AMAZING.
I love it! No effects huh? None? Just a 32k run and the next day...fresh? You just look so different without your big red cape.
Nice work.
Wow! No pain the day after running a 32K...that's great! The medal you got is very nice too.
So great your legs felt 100%! nice bling!
Run relaxed is an excellent motto, thanks for your encouragement!
Nice job on your race!
Sweet! You did exactly as you planned. Did you plan to pull an Adam? That's the "IN" thing now. I'm guessing you didn't because you aren't sore.
Congrats! That is a gorgeous medal!
Congratulations!
And that medal is beautiful.
Alright, that's it! I just looked at pages and pages of your blog photos and I have decided that not only do I need to re-visit SA but I need to run a race while I am there. :)
