As you can see I am changing the name of Run Tall, Walk Tall
to No Choice But To Pedal. Yes, I am still cycling and it seems that it will
be like this for a long time to come. I have fully recovered from the stress
fractures I had but the back injury I sustained during the recovery period is still
giving me problems and more so when I run.

I've been following you on Strava, of course, but there's no replacement for words to know what's going on like the blog. I'm glad you're back (not that it will prompt me to write - hahah. Maybe though). I'm sorry the running isn't going so smoothly yet, but I know you'll enjoy cycling a lot too and one day you'll be back to running...I know you will.
I was just diagnosed with a torn ligament in my foot. Blaaaaahhhhhh.

I'm still coaching, but the 3km on the track I'm running isn't really running... so I don't really have the energy to write a post!
