1. My foot is almost 100% recovered and I should be able to start some running next week.
2. I will continue training outside on the mountain bike as weather permits.
3. I have added the racer on the indoor trainer to the mix for those mornings when the temperature is around the 0°C mark.

Glad you are getting well. I have bought a beautiful city-bike last week, it is a very nice toy.
Good news about the foot! You've handled this like a real trooper! Love that you've been cycling.
With all this rest and cross training you are going to come back really fast and I bet you will surprise yourself just how well you are going to be running in a couple of months...

So glad your foot is finally getting there. I know it's been a long, frustrating process for you...but now you have the bike as well, and maybe you wouldn't have picked it up without the injury.
