Just as I was getting into a routine of cycling and running the flu put a stop to my progress. I've been lucky with being sick and getting the flu but this year it got me. Must be because I am in the worst shape I've been in many years..
But this too shall pass and by next week I should be back to training 5 or 6 times per week. I will remain positive.

ReplyDeleteI think that we all need a good dose of the flu every four or five years. It's not pleasant but our immune systems need to be challenged every so often of they'd just get lazy.
