Sharing my cycling experiences after many years of sharing my running experiences. A view from the back of the pack.
looks like you were smiling the whole time. Running happy = SUCCESS!!
Love these shots of you, Johann! Great shirt choice!
I can't decide if running across that bridge would be really cool or really scary. Still sounds like fun though!
The floating bridge is cool - but I would have most likely fallen in!
That floating bridge is so cool! :)
You always have the best race pictures!
coolest bridge!! though i don't know if i'd be running across it. :) love the photos.
Great pics Johann - that floating bridge is cool!
Wonderful pictures! AND I really want to run that bridge : )
That bridge does not look stable to me.
Excellent - LOVE the pictures. And that floating bridge would make me panic I think! "Plod" mode...that seems to be my normal pace anymore. At least we're running, right? :)
Great photos! I like the one in "plod" mode - the other runners are so far back, it looks like you're winning!
The floating bridge is awesome!! And so is your happy face!
The floating bridge looked like so much fun! Did anyone fall off it?
Looks like a great day!
I really like the second one
I think I'd have been INCHING across that floating bridge. I had a hard enough time riding across a steady bridge!I love the pictures. Even when "plodding", you have a joy in your face.
My personal favourite is "Tired. Me in plod mode." although I would have said:"Focussed. Perfectly paced for this stage of the race" or"Like a coiled spring, I eyed the lead group like a panther ready to catch his prey"
Very nice, I may have to copy that term plod mode! I am in it a lot lately.
I definitely know "plod mode". I think that floating bridge may freak me out a little bit. Great job!
Nice photos, Johann! I'm always curious of those running paths through beautiful environment. I've never see a running path on a floating bridge.
Glad you can smiling during such tough race. The floating bridge is unbelievable!!!Rugby world cup: -8
I love the phrase plod mode....I'm there a lot! Nice pics!
