Both trails and roads are good. I recently decided to add more road running in so that I can get my speed up a tad. Plus roads are soooo convenient. We can run right out our doors for a road run. Great post! I look forward to more road running (perhaps 10/90 instead of 0/100).Laurenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05538884619777387595noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3059484920052354114.post-48990626923324912872013-10-10T02:54:27.874+02:002013-10-10T02:54:27.874+02:00I agree and love both as well. I took my dog walking on Sunday on trails and realised just how much I missed doing it. So my mission, when I'm recovered from Sunday is to do some trail runs this summer.Charhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13819714901550763235noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3059484920052354114.post-67494952356146481262013-10-09T18:25:45.554+02:002013-10-09T18:25:45.554+02:00I completely agree with your perspective Johann! I'm considerably "faster" on the roads but happier on the trails, and trails definitely keep me stronger. If I had to choose one I'd pick trails, but like you I'm thankful for both. :)Kate Geisenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11854561265520868538noreply@blogger.com
