I am very dedicated and was just getting into a perfect rhythm with my training when I got food poisoning after a birthday party last week. Just like that and another 5 days not able to train. But I remain positive and still have enough time to have an amazing rest of 2014.
I will still shine...even though I feel a bit like the fellow below...

ReplyDeleteI hear you... after my good year last year I was hopin for more of the same, in fact I was going to up the trqining and more to the next level. That didn't happen...
ReplyDeleteIn the last 9 weeks I've don't nothing but run slowly looking for a pace that is pain free and slowly it's coming right and I'm hopeful that the "rest" will treat me well for a good end to the year!!! So here's to a great 2nd half of the year!!!
