    Happiness and easy run: this is the spirit of running.
    About rugby: I agree, I hope that this is a SA strategy to play a good world cup.
    I don't understand Italy, in my opinion Mallet was the worst coach of the team, he was fired but he is in charge for the world cup: this is a nonsense!

    That glimpse of the hills in the background of that first picture is so interesting. I have always wanted to travel to South Africa. Every photo I have seen has piqued my interest even more. You definitely look like you are having a great run :)

    I'm so jealous when I see athletes from all over the world who have such beautiful places to run. That view is just amazing! I run in my neighborhood 90% of the time and it's just houses and maybe a tree here or there. It was fun to be out of Kansas City this past week and get to experience something new!

    Looks like another great race!
